How to sort the posts in a Stream, based on "Time of Original Posting" in Socialcast

We have been using Socialcast for the last two months.
We are facing login issue from yesterday on wards. We are getting the following error message " Sorry that tenant was not found. Please check the URL and try again".

Readonly member role for browsing?
Does anyone know if there is a way to set up a user that can browse groups and read posts, but doesn't have permission to create or respond to posts?
Why does attach from SCL not work?
Hi team,
wondering if anyone has the Attach from SCL work. We have the license,I have configured the API in Secure Content Locker
however we obtain the webpage on the mobile device when we attempt to login, is it because Socialcast cannot pass on the login details to SCL?

Create new theme
Hello Everyone,
I would like to know if it's possible to create a new theme from scratch?
I mean not customize only one of the 3 available themes:
- Default
- Ice Blue
- Monochrome
I mean instead that I would like to change the all layout (box and section position).

Issue – The embedding reach code is returning duplicate iframes in the response, actually it supposed to return only one.
Integrate embed code in the HTML / dotnet MVC view page - Working fine as expected.
Integrate embed code in the Sitecore content block page - Returning duplicate sections (duplicate iframes in the response).

Feature Request (Projects)
Hi,
I tried Socialcast for a dedicated use case and it is really a great tool.
But there were three things I've missed when playing around with "Projects":
- possibility to export a project (incl. tasks) to an pdf
- when completing a task: missing time stamp (only date is displayed)
- set due date for a task: not only date -> time would be great, too

There is a serious problem in VMware partner locator
Hi All,
I just tried to find out my company name in the vmware partner locator. this was my part of weekly checking. i found that i was not getting my company information. My company is leading VMware partner which has total 8 solution competencies (server virtualization, network virtualization, management operations, management automation, software defined storage, business continuity, cloud provider and hybrid cloud) and we are both Enterprise Solution Provider and Enterprise PPSP partner. We have some upcoming deals and the customers can browse partner locator any time. I just opened a case but don't know when it will be solved. Even vmware did not send any prior notification regarding this kind of maintenance issue.
Invitiations not possible for different user domains
I am working within an international group and would like to add colleagues from daughther companies with different user domains in their emails. is there a way for a workaround on this?

Inconsistent invitation status

I’m having a problem with my community „sanktaugustinhilftfluechtlingen-de.socialcast.com".
VMware kindly supports our non-profit refugee-helping initiative without any charge, so I’m not sure, if I can ask for support, but I just try.
Since quite a while I observe a synchronicity problem with invitations. As an example:
I have sent an invitation to an email address. This invitation has not been accepted nor has it been seen by the recipient (as such it doesn't show up in "Active Users"). However, it neither shows up in the admin screen under User Administration. I then tried to re-send the address again, but doing so, it tells me "Already Invited" and throws an error.
Can you check for consistency of invitations? Or is this maybe related to the 50 seats limit that usually applies to a freely hosted community? When I established the community, the socialcast BU told me that they would drop this limitation as it is a non-profit organisation and they would want to support such initiatives especially in the area of refugee work.
I would be very grateful, if you could check, if there is anything wrong with our community or if I’m just doing anything stupid…
LDAP and Socialcast V3 on-premise

I am trying to configure LDAP with Socialcast V3 on-premise and I am getting a username/pwd error.
I have the correct username and password so I suspect that I need to include the DOMAIN with the username.
How do you do this?
When I put a \ between the domain name and the username it goes missing. I'm guessing that is this is
because it is an escape character. I've tried putting a double backslash but then I get two of them so that
doesn't work either.
Any suggestions?

How do I change the subdomain of our site (just created)?
When I set up our account just now, it put a "-net" in the subdomain and it looks horrific! How to I remove the "-net" in the subdomain?

Embed a "question" in a web site
We using socialcast with sso. We embed a "question" in our web site, what is the proper way to do this?
We don't want full blown reach, just a question.

I would like my community deleting.
Good morning,
At my company we tried out the community but it wasn't what we were looking for. Is it possible to get the community deleted? I have tried to find a setting for it - no luck. Also contacted the sales team via email - no response (not great selling point).
Can someone let me know how I can get the community securely deleted.

Problems with notifications
Hi Socialcast Team,
I seem to have problems with the notifications of my private community “sanktaugustinhilftfluechtlingen-de.socialcast.com”.
Am member published a new comment about three hours ago (11:52 AM today) that I still haven’t received. However, the daily digest that was already delivered to me, contained the information.
My notification settings are all clicked and that is why I would have expected to get an email. I have checked Spam/Junk and Socialcast is not blacklisted in my mailer, so I’m lost…

Socialcast SSO password rewrite
Hi,
We want to activate SSO on our company subscription and we have a concern related to the current user/password bindings :
- When SSO is activated, does the current passwords still work ?
- If we test SSO by enabling it for a small period of time and then we rollback, will the users still be able to connect with their old username and password ?

Upgrading VMWare Tools from 10.0.7 to 10.0.10
Hello there!! I currently run a variation of Ubuntu as a guest and the host is Win10.
I chose
Player > Manage > Update VMWare tools
and the CD ROM was mounted and I found the latest VMWare Tools in .tar.gz format
I decompressed it and ran the ./vmware-install.pl under the root account inside my Linux and I kept click on [yes] and I read "installed successfully"
but when I restarted my VMWare and checked the version by giving the command
vmware-toolbox-cmd -v
It still reads 10.0.7
What am I doing wrong?
