Hello

I have a HP ML110 G3. I installed Windows 7 x64. Installed VMware Player.

Attempted to install into virtual player Windows 2008 R2 x64 Server.

Received the message:

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance
File : \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe
STATUS : 0xc000035a
Info : Attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode.

I have read support articles. In BIOS I have Advanced/ CPU settings:

Max CPUID Value Limit: enabled

Execute disable bit: enabled

Hardware Prefetcher: enabled

Adjacent cache line; enabled

Hyper Threading Technology: enabled.

My assumption is that with x64 Windows 7 installed that VMware Player should be able to install Server x64 without a hitch.

Please let me know if there is a fix, a method to install into virtual the 2008 Server. Thanks

Chuck M
