VMware Tools error, can't download & install tools: « CDS internal client error (3033). Contact VMware Support or your system administrator »

Hi,

I installed Windows 8.1 Pro x64 RTM with GA Rollup A on PC, after that I installed VMware Player 6.0.1 and when I tried to download and install VMware Tools, I got the following error: « CDS internal client error (3033). Contact VMware Support or your system administrator ».

How can I install such tools? Please, fix the issue with CDS server, I need to install VMware Tools.

I tried to download them on CDS Repository - /www/stage/session-32/cds/vmw-desktop/player but there is no folder for VMware Player 6.0.1 version, while tools-windows-9.6.0.exe.tar is in a strange format, how can I install these tools in VMware Player?
