Network latency with VMware Player on 2nd and 3rd IP addresses

Dear all,

Thanks to André and Woody, I have now 3 IP addresses on my VM Windows Server 2008 R2 running on VMware Player.

I've noticed that 2 of the 3 networks have real long latency, making TimeOut in Software I used.

I've tried to do a SFTP between the host and the VM, and it takes really a long time to do the FTP: when I switch to the 3rd IP address (VMNet0), I don't have any problems.

The PING to all the IP adresses is fine.

My questions:

+ do you know if there are any limitations with VMware Player with Network configuration?

+ If I switch to VMWare Workstation, does it solve the problem? I mean, network configuration is better in VMWare Workstation?

+ any idea to solve the problem?
