VMplayer 7, is it really 64 bit?

I upgraded from 6.0.4 to 7.0.0.  The download page described it as "VMware Player for Windows 64-bit operating systems".  My host is running 64bit Win 7 up-to-date as of the time I downloaded.  It installed fine, runs fine, but the VAST majority of the VMware processes are shown as *32 in task manager.

I realize it doesn't really make a difference, but still...
