Grafik Error on Boot VM

Hi there,  (first sorry for my bad English)

I use Vmware Player 7.01 on a Ubuntu 14.04.2 x64 with latest kernel 3.13.46

In the last view days when i boot up any VM if Linux or Windows i see this error (see Pic) on the bootscreen.

What could this mean?

Is my hardware Damaged or is my system infected with some Maleware?

I Reinstalled the Host System but the error is present after this i made a new VM and also the error is show n Up again.

Is there someone that could help me with this problem or got the same error?

Please i need Help.
