I was trying to install Testing software in my VMware today, somehow the installation keep hanging there and the VM froze , so I had to force to kill the process. And when i tried to turn VM back on. I had this error 
And before the error happend, I had this blue screen:
I have no idea what is going wrong here, but this is very urgent, I need to get it back to work, folks , please let me know how to fix this !!! And the log file is in the attachment
