Recover a Virtual machine

Hi all,

on Windows 7 Pro, VMware Player 5.02

I have all files of a virtual machine :

OPTIM-VM.vmdk

OPTIM-VM.vmsd

OPTIM-VM.vmxf

OPTIM.nvram

OPTIM65_DD2.vmdk

vmware-0.log

vmware-1.log

vmware-2.log

but not OPTIM-VM.vmx.

Is there any way to reconstruct it ?
